RETURN POLICY

• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges outside the EU.
• All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• You can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note that you’ll need to pay for the postage yourself.Our returns address is:

• Remember to ask for proof of purchase from the postal service, to keep a record that the parcel was sent to us.
• If you wish to make a return please send us your order containing all the parts of the product, the invoice, the original blameyourdaze packaging and all the tags. Otherwise won’t be accepted.
• Swimwear bikini bottoms or underwear should be tried over your underwear without removing the protective stripe. Otherwise won’t be accepted
• Items that are on sale can only be exchanged not return with a refund.

Refund Policy

• If you paid by “cash on Delivery” please send us an email with your bank account so we can make the refund the amount
• When your return has been received by our company you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
• If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded but not the shipping cost . Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

• If you want to exchange your order for an item that is out of stock, we will simply refund your money.
